Pastry Exhibition Held
A pastry exhibition was held at the Pyongyang Noodle House from December 13, 2022.
The exhibition participated by public catering establishments and foodstuff factories in Pyongyang was designed to make active contributions to the dietary life of the people.
Exhibited there were over 1 500 staple pastries and processed foodstuffs of more than 50 kinds. It attracted the attention of visitors through the sharing the flour processing technology and experiences with each other while demonstrating the developing cuisine.
Demonstration and crash course given by famous cooks left deep impressions upon the visitors.
