A lecture meeting and film show took place under the theme of President Kim Il Sung’s undying feats for the development of Mongolia-DPRK friendship relation on April 10 to mark the 111^th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung at the Cultural & Research Center of the DPRK in Mongolia.

Present there were N. Byambadorj, the chairman of the Cultural & Research Center of the DPRK, and teachers and students of the University of Human Culture in Mongolia.

At the lecture meeting the chairman said that the Korean people grandly celebrate April 15 every year as the greatest holiday of the nation and highly praised that President Kim Il Sung was the founder of the Workers’ Party of Korea, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and the Korean People’s Army and an outstanding leader who put forward the Korean people as the most powerful and dignified people and turned the DPRK into a socialist country of independence, self-reliance and self-defense under the banner of the Juche idea.

He stressed that this year marks the 75^th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between Mongolia and the DPRK and the 35^th anniversary of the great President Kim Il Sung’s second visit to Mongolia and the friendly relations provided by the preceding leaders will be developed continuously under the special care of the respected His Excellency Kim Jong Un, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK.
