The Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the China-Korea Friendship Association jointly hosted a reception at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing on September 7 to celebrate the 75^th founding anniversary of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea(DPRK).

Present there on invitation were DPRK Ambassador to China Ri Ryong Nam and his embassy officials.

Present there were Wang Yong, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Yang Wanming, president of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Sun Weidong, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, Sun Haiyan, deputy head of the International Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC), and relevant officials of the Central Military Commission of China, the Association for International Friendly Contact, and other officials concerned.

Vice-chairman Wang Yong and DPRK ambassador Ri Ryong Nam made speeches.

The participants raised their glasses to the good health of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and respected Comrade Xi Jinping.

A performance was given by Chinese artistes and children there.
