A Japanese citizen by naturalization called Rim Kyong Sim lives in Janghung-ri, Yonggwang County, South Hamgyong Province of DPRK.

Her father walked out on Kyong Sim and her mother. Since then they eked out a scanty livelihood in Japan.

Later, Kyong Sim and her mother came to the DPRK along with her Korean stepfather.

The Workers’ Party of Korea provided them with a modern house free of charge as well as jobs and all living conditions so that they could lead a happy and worthy life.

It was not only this.

When the eldest son of Rim Kyong Sim was punished for the violation of law for three years, the WPK educated him so steadily as to become a member of the WPK. He graduated from the university through tele-education and participated in a national meeting as a delegate.

Rim Kyong Sim felt very grateful for this and so she respectfully wrote a letter to Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the WPK.

After reading her letter he sent an autographic reply letter to her saying that our Party pays deeper attention to those who have a bruise of mind, it is the mother who is more sorry for it than anybody else and dedicates her flesh and blood without hesitation, I think it is the mother who is very happy to see her children succeeding in the world and regards it as her greatest happiness in her life and so our Party is called the mother and the Party will help and lead her eldest son well.
