On June 19, 1964, Chairman Kim Jong Il began his work at the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea. He always told officials that if a medical doctor is an engineer of physical body then the Party worker is a cultivator of political life, so the Party workers should deal with the people’s political life in the way of sincerely valuing and loving them as mother treats her sons and daughters.

One day he told the officials of his impression upon a scene of the Korean feature film with the Party worker as a hero.

He said that children get in close to their mothers without fleeing in the face of whip as they know that mothers love them, for us the motherly embrace is just the Party.
